10th Annual Fontana Clogging Jamboree
Come experience a weekend unlike any other: Great national instructors, the world’s most famous oak clogging dance floor, live bluegrass music, and much more! Fontana Village has a rich history in square dancing and clogging and is considered by many to be the birthplace of modern clog dancing. Family Hiking Day
Family Hiking Day is celebrated and sponsored by the Town of Fontana Dam, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, the Smoky Mountain Hiking Club, and Fontana Village Resort. Guest speakers, hike leaders and presenters will be coming from the Smoky Mountain Hiking Club, Balsam Mountain Preserve and the Highlands Nature Center. All activities are free, however, pre-registration is encouraged as guided hike sizes will be limited. Click here for more information.
